 (2) Representatives of member units who have paid the 2022 membership fee shall pay the conference service fee of RMB 1,300 per person.Representatives of member units and representatives of non-member units who have not paid the 2022 membership fee shall pay the conference service fee of RMB 2,300 per person. The conference fee will be collected by Sun Yat-sen University entrusted by China Tourism Association Tourism Education Branch and an invoice will be issued. Round-trip transportation, accommodation and other related expenses are at your own expense.

(3) Payment methods, invoices and instructions

1.Conference feesIt will be collected by the organizer, School of Tourism, Sun Yat-sen University,Unified payment through the "Payment Hall of Sun Yat-Sen University", the required personal information will be collected at the time of registration, and the payment operation guide is shown in the attachment.

Regarding the receipt of conference fee invoices, when paying in the "Payment Hall of Sun Yat-Sen University",Electronic invoices can be issued directly on the platform, please carefully fill in and check the billing information on the platform. Once the invoice is issued, it will not be refunded or exchanged.

2. Members who have not paid the 2022 membership fee are requested toBefore February 20, 2023To handle (1,500 yuan/year for ordinary members; 3,000 yuan/year for director units; 10,000 yuan/year for vice president units; 20,000 yuan/year for president units).Colleges and universities with arrears of membership fees in previous years need to pay them together in order to pay the conference affairs fee at 1300 yuan/person. If you are not sure about the membership fees of your school (department), please contact the branch staff.

(4) The conference affairs group will arrange accommodation in a unified way (at your own expense), there are two optional accommodation hotels:

The hotel where the meeting will be held:Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe, standard double room or double room (both only include single breakfast), the negotiated price is 800 yuan/room/day, if single occupancy, you need to pay the whole room fee. If additional breakfast is required for double occupancy, an additional breakfast fee of 120 yuan per share will be charged.

2. Designated hotel for this meeting:Hilton Garden Inn Guangzhou Tianhe Dinglong, standard double room (including two breakfasts), the negotiated price is 550 yuan/room/day, if single occupancy, you need to pay the whole room fee.
