 Professor Tian Weimin from the School of Business Administration and Tourism Management of Yunnan University delivered a keynote speech on "The Belt and Road Initiative: The Value and Significance of the China-Laos Railway to International Tourism Connectivity". Based on the background of the construction of the China-Laos railway project, Professor Tian Weimin deeply analyzed the current situation of the tourism market of the China-Laos railway and countries along the route, and proposed to accurately control the huge tourism flow brought by the China-Laos railway, and focus on the potential of tourist sources and enhance tourism resources. In terms of attractiveness and other aspects, a number of suggestions were put forward for the development of international tourism on the China-Laos Railway. 

Professor Lu Lin from the School of Geography and Tourism of Anhui Normal University delivered a keynote speech on "The Belt and Road Initiative and Chinese Tourism Research". Professor Jiang Jinbo from the Tourism Management Department of South China University of Technology delivered a keynote speech on "Research on Metaverse Technology Empowering the Development of Guangzhou's Cultural Tourism Industry". Based on the long-term research results, Professor Jiang comprehensively interpreted the development status, consumption experience, development orientation and technical practice of Guangzhou's "Metaverse + Cultural Tourism", and proposed the application paths and scenarios of "Metaverse + Cultural Tourism", which will provide a basis for other regions. The integration of cultural tourism industry and metaverse technology provides a useful reference.

Professor Bao Jigang, director of the Tourism Development and Planning Research Center of Sun Yat-sen University, delivered a keynote speech on "Revitalizing Inbound Tourism and Improving Xi'an's Tourism Status". Professor Bao conducted a profound analysis of the impact of industrial division of labor and global mobility on globalization and tourism behavior and the current status of the tourism industry, emphasizing the importance of inbound tourism for understanding China. And evaluate the hub function and status of Xi'an's cultural tourism from the perspectives of Xi'an to Shaanxi, Xi'an to the international, and other functions of the city to Xi'an, so as to promote the revitalization of Xi'an's inbound tourism and the improvement of its tourism status.

Professor Zou Tongqian, assistant to the dean of Beijing International Studies University and vice president of the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, made the keynote of "The Exploration of Co-founding an International Tourism University - A Documentary of Participating in the Establishment of the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage" speak. Professor Zou Tongqian took the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage as an example, and shared the practical experience of international cooperation in culture and tourism education in the "Belt and Road" from the aspects of the economic basis, export orientation and educational cooperation forms of cultural and tourism education cooperation. Professor Yang Shasha, vice president of Guilin Tourism College, made a keynote speech on "Construction of Guilin World-Class Tourism City Facilitates "Belt and Road" Cultural Tourism Exchange and Cooperation". Based on the practice of Guilin's tourism development, Professor Yang proposed to promote the "Guilin Model" for the construction of a world-class tourist city oriented to the "Belt and Road". Professor Zhang Xianchun, Dean of the Belt and Road International Education College of Guilin Tourism University, made a keynote speech on "Belt and Road Industry Application Empowers the New Development of International Tourism Cooperation on the Belt and Road". Professor Zhang Xianchun analyzed the challenges of the dual cycle development of the "Belt and Road" tourism industry under the background of "Beidou + tourism", and put forward suggestions for the construction of "Belt and Road" infrastructure projects from the perspectives of government industrial policies and tourism application scenarios, and shared The college's cross-integration practice in multilingual "One Belt, One Road" intelligent guide, security rescue cloud platform, etc.

 Professor Li Dong from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Tourism Cooperation and Humanities Exchange Research Center of Xi'an International Studies University made a special speech on "20 Years of Tourism Cooperation between China and Shanghai Cooperation Organization Countries (2001-2020)". On the basis of systematically sorting out the policy basis, cooperation potential and practical results of tourism cooperation between China and the SCO countries, Professor Li Dong introduced the development process of tourism cooperation between China and the SCO countries, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the practical difficulties .

After the keynote report, this seminar simultaneously set up 2 sub-forums and 1 postgraduate forum. Nearly 30 young scholars from well-known domestic universities and enterprises focused on the digitalization of tourist destinations, the integration path of culture and tourism, tourism risk identification and tourism safety. He delivered speeches on cooperation, theories and methods of tourism (land) resilience, ecotourism and sustainable development, and the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage.
